昨日は土地関係のお話をしに行って meme もへいだんもちょっとお疲れだったのね。
お友達があたしの誕生日に送ってくれたフォンドゥセットを見たとたん、今まで我慢してたんだけど、食べたくなって食べちゃった おかげさまで元気になりました！

We enjoyed dinner
Before, when I get depressed I kept depressing my self, but yesterday I was surprised my self for changing the mood with eating fondue and playing wii.
Little by little, I am able to change bad mood to good mood.
Being depressed makes you more depressed but like yesterday, changed the mood and bring things better way makes you feel good and more positive.
I have no idea what makes me think that way, but it was the moment I thought I got little stronger.
After we moved to WA and not been close to American momma+sister, friends makes me feel lonely. But maybe, somewhere in side of me thinks that I have to learn how to stand on my feet.
But, still when I get depressed and tired it makes me wanna see them. I am not strong enough yet.
I am gonna keep going to be better!
（前の meme は、何か落ち込むことがあるとそのまま落ち込んでたんだけど、昨日はフォンドゥを楽しんだり、wii して遊んだり気分転換をしようって思えた自分に少しビックリ。
少しずつだけど、切り替えをできるようになってきました。
落ち込んだままでいた自分はそれはそれでやっぱり辛くて、ますます落ち込んでたけど、昨日みたいに気分転換をして楽しい方向に持って行くっていうのは、前向きで気分もよくなるんだね。
