Correction of a wide double eyelid.

The previous incision line was quite high.
The new incision line was set at the average height for double eyelid lines in Asians.
Because the left side has ptosis, it was set slightly higher than the right.
The levator aponeurosis was available, so it was used as a fixation point. Elevating the levator aponeurosis more widely results in a more pronounced outer double eyelid line.
Threads were tied around the eyelashes and tarsal plate to prevent the double eyelid line from folding along the old incision line.
As shown in the video, the old incision line remains as a scar.
While it is possible to remove it, it would make the double eyelid wider, so we left it as is.
ワイドな重瞼の修正です。
術後１年８ヶ月
旧切開線がかなり高位にありました。
アジア人の平均的な重瞼線の高さに新切開線を設定しました。
向かって左は睫毛下垂あるため。右より若干高く設定しました。
挙筋腱膜が使えたのでこれを固定源にしました。ワイドに挙筋腱膜を挙上したほうが外側の重瞼線が明瞭になります。
睫毛と瞼板に糸をかけて重瞼線が旧切開線で折れないようにします。
動画ですが、旧切開線が瘢痕として残存しています。
切除も可能ですが、二重幅が広くなるのでこのままにしています
