Some people experience contracture (shortening) of the incision line after lip corner lift.
When this happens, vertical lines appear at the corners of the mouth, making them look unnatural and noticeable.
In this case, the only option is Z-plasty.
口角挙上後に切開線が拘縮（短縮）する人がいます。
そうすると、口角に縦筋が入って不自然に目立ちます。
これはZ形成するしかないです。
