チームメイトのダットの結婚式でした。今まで一緒に練習してきて、自分の試合に来てくれたり自分が彼の試合に行ってサポートしたり一緒に頑張ってきた仲です。
自分がKOで勝った試合の後はなぜか観客がダットに「いい試合だった！」と言ってきたり、その逆もありでダットの試合の後に観客から「いい試合だった」とタテキに言ってきたり。「てめーマジでわざとだろ！？」と思わせるくらいでした。結局説明だるくなってお互い「あーみてくれてありがとう次も勝つよ」という空返事をしていたのが懐かしいです。
そんなダットとはアジア人皆同じに見えるアメリカ人って....という思いを一緒にしてきた仲でもあります。
My friend, Dat, had a great wedding today. I have been training with Dat for long time and we have been helping each other. I am so happy for him and his wife.
Well, I remember those days when I fought and win a match, people came and talked to Dat "Hey, you did awesome! it was great fight". I fought! Dat didn't fight! In opposite, when Dat had a fight and won, people came see me and said "Hey Your fight was awesome!"
... I didn't fight. Dat did...
Eventually, we were tired to explain to each, so finally we said "yeah, thanks for coming. I will win next one too" Yes, we gave up. lol We were joking Do all Asians look same?
チームメイトのジミーとデービスはグルームズマンとして参加。何気にアメリカの結婚式お初だったのですべてが新鮮でした。
My teammate, Jimmy and Davis did a great job as groom's man. It was the first time for me to attend a wedding in U.S, so everything was very fresh and new to me.
新鮮もそのはず！だってジミーとデービスからのギフトがチャンピオンベルトっていうオチ。名前が一緒に刻まれてフォーエバーとか書かれていたり、細かいディテールがイカす件。
そして「離婚したらベルトをかけてタイトルマッチだな」というジョークを飛ばすのもアメリカンスタイル。シオトンで出会った二人の幸せを一緒に共有できた貴重な時間でした。（やはりファイター組のテーブルは少し周りから浮いてました）

Yes, everything was fresh and new to me because as you see a picture, Davis and Jimmy gave them a customized champion belt as a wedding gift. I love its design. Their names are craved and you see some words like "together forever"
they met each other at where we train. what a nice story and we grew up together. Their happiness is my happiness. I just appreciate for this precious moment of my family. Congratulations to Dat and Danielle!
