ちなみに土曜日のランチを一番楽しみにしています。１週間のトレーニングが終わりOFFの時に食べる物はとても美味しく感じます。最近はジムからスナッピー直行です。
自分は関東出身なので塩気のあるスープで育ってきたのですが、外人さんはスープ飲み干しちゃうので、風味が豊かで、こってりならコクがあり、あっさりならスムーズな仕上がりになってます。思わずいっぱい飲んでしまう。ナトリウムは過多はファイターに宜しくないのでエキストラ野菜をいただいてます！
無添加にこだわる日本人シェフの仕事がしっかり丼に詰まってます。野菜が美味しいので嬉しい！うごー！！オヌヌメはしいたけです！

I love this place because I like the chef's policy, which he never use any MSG and serves additive-free. MSG is usually used for traditional ramen, such as regular cafeteria in Japan and I grew up with those. Even though I am familiar with its taste, I prefer more natural flavor. Of course thats good for me, but it is more tasty I feel.
Less sodium for fighters, I know that, so I ordered extra vegetable. By the way, they got excellent veges, so you gotta try them. My recommendation is shitake mashroom!

ATTのチャールズが1週間前オファーでUFCデビュー！タフな試合で負けてしまったけどFight of The nightで5万ドルかー。凄いなー。CESからUFCにこれで4人目だ。ローカルの勢いも全部引きつけて皆で頑張るぞ！
