Everyone theoretically knows that all people die sooner or later. We also often hear related phrases from the lyrics of songs or books such as “the brevity of life”. However, I believe that only a few people might be able to have opportunities to consider their moments to die seriously especially for people in young generations. Then, to be honest, I am also such person as described above.
In Japan, there are alike phrases such as “short life and merry one”. or “live long and frugal life”. In my opinion, I am relative to choose latter one or I may have a mixed feeling in other words, balanced choice. Some people may try to control our longevities by getting healthy cuisine or excising regularly.
However, the most uneasy fact is that a study says most outcome of our lives contingent on our genes not our habits and efforts. If this is definitely true, the only option we can do is just accepting realities.
Simultaneously, I also understand that the preparation to concede negative realities in front of me is by no means easy. Thus, I can not conclude this question yet.
