But for non-Japanese employees, being given a pivotal part to play in the company's success is more important.
Nicole: That's a valid point. I think those who leave must have struggled to get a clear picture of the company's expectations.
Fujiwara: I see. The issue could potentially see an improvement if managers clarify the purpose of the job and role expectations when assigning tasks.
