Giorgio: Well, if I'm honest, our inventory isn't adding up. The logistics team is reporting a loss of several dozen batteries in warehouse 8. We're checking for damage reports, but there aren't any.
Kaoru: Didn't you check your stock at the end of the third quarter?
Giorgio: Of course we did. At that time, the stock was still there.
Kaoru: This could develop into a problem. Our inventory must be disposed of by a certified entity under the correct procedures. If we can't prove that it was, we may be at risk of losing our ISO certification

「あなたは悪くありません｡グループの影響を認識して欲しかっただけです」というコメントです｡There's nothing wrong with you personally.はblame game(非難の応酬)を未然に防ぐためのひとことです｡率直にものを言い合う文化であるからこそ、こうしたひとことが大切になってきます｡
このように相手個人を非難しているわけではないことをしっかり伝えることです｡相手の反論に対処するのが面倒だから言うのをやめておこうと弱気になるかもしれませんが、問題点は理由を添えてしっかり伝えましょう｡
