『特捜刑事マイアミ・バイス 原題：Miami Vice』 の挿入歌に起用され大ヒット。
哀愁漂うサックスとエレクトリック・ピアノのソロから始まり、
徐々にリズムが入ってくるとギターとパット系シンセベースのリフが加わり
グレンの渋く力強い歌声とサックスの音色が見事に絡み合っていく大人のロックバラード。
今回のＭＶは、グレン・フライ自身が主人公のオリジナル・バージョンではなく、
マイアミ・バイスの主人公、ソニー・ロケット（ドン・ジョンソン）がフィーチャーされたサブ・バージョンです。
