昨夜は梅雨前線に伴う物凄い雷雨だった。稲光と雷鳴で目が覚めた。今年は雨量が多い。
気象庁の発表を待たなくても、蝉が鳴きはじめると梅雨明けらしい。何処かで鳴き声を聴いたような聴いていないような……。梅雨明けが待ち遠しい日が続く。
景気循環の過程で、インフレーションからデフレーションに移行する間にディスインフレ―ションとリフレーションというフェーズがある。今回はこれらについて記載する。

ディスインフレ―ション（ディスインフレ＝Disinflation）とは、物価上昇率が低くなり、インフレーションの進行が抑えられている状態、およびそのような経済状態にするためにとられる方策のこと。たとえば物価上昇が年率10％を示すなど激しいインフレが続いている経済状況において、中央銀行が通貨供給の引締めを行うなどの金融政策によってインフレ率を抑制することに成功したようなケースを指す。
これに対して、リフレーション（リフレ＝Reflation）とは、景気循環のなかで、デフレーションから脱し、インフレーションには至っていない状態をさす。不況を克服するために、金融政策などのマクロ政策を強力に推し進めることにより有効需要を創出して景気回復を図ると同時に、緩やかで安定的なインフレ率を達成しようとする政策をリフレ政策という。

Disinflation is a state in which the inflation rate is low and the progress of inflation is suppressed, and measures taken to achieve such an economic state. For example, in an economic situation where inflation continues to be intense, such as inflation showing an annual rate of 10%, the central bank succeeded in controlling the inflation rate through monetary policy such as tightening the money supply.
On the other hand, reflation refers to a state in which deflation has been escaped and inflation has not reached in the business cycle. In order to overcome the recession, reflationary policy is a policy that aims to achieve a moderate and stable inflation rate while creating effective demand and recovering the economy simultaneously by strongly promoting macro policies such as monetary policy.
