私のようにイケメンでない人は、努力しないと色気は作れない。笑
If you're not handsome like me, you can't be sexy without putting in the effort.
この本は、イケメンではない人でも努力次第で女性にモテることを教えてくれる本だ。助かる。笑
This book teaches you that even if you're not handsome, you can still be popular with women if you put in the effort.
本の大事な内容は通常2、3つにまとめるが、今日はどうしても削れなかったので5つ紹介する。
I usually summarize the important points in a book into 2 or 3 points, but today I couldn't cut them out, so I'll introduce 5 points.
①体を鍛える
Get in shape
体を鍛えることはモテるために必ず必要だ。
Getting in shape is essential to being popular with women.
体を動かす職業の人はモテる。
People who work physically are popular.
消防士、自衛隊、スポーツ選手など、一定の割合の女性は汗をかく男性に引かれるらしい。
It seems that a certain percentage of women are attracted to men who sweat, such as firefighters, the Self-Defense Forces, and athletes.
そうでもないと思う人もいるだろうが、統計的に年収が高い。オフィスワーカーより彼らがモテる。
Some people may think that's not true, but statistically they have higher annual incomes. They are more popular than office workers.
②美人の友達を作る
Make beautiful friends
美人の友達を作ると、他の美人の前で緊張しなくなるらしい。
It seems that if you make beautiful friends, you won't be nervous in front of other beautiful women.
端的に言うと、美人に対して免疫をつけるのだ。
In short, you'll become immune to beautiful women.
また、美人な友達がいるだけで、男は外見に気を使うようになる。
Also, just having beautiful friends makes a man pay more attention to his appearance.
これもモテるためには必要なことだ。
This is also necessary to be popular with women.
③はっきりゆっくり喋る
Speak clearly and slowly.
ゆっくり喋ることで、余裕を持って生きているように見える。
Speaking slowly makes you appear to be living with ease.
余裕は大人の色気につながる。
Being relaxed leads to adult sexiness.
早口の人は気をつけよう。
Be careful of people who talk fast.
④他人と自分を比較しない
Don't compare yourself to others
色気のある男性は、自分と他人を比較しない。
Sexy men don't compare themselves to others.
テレビSNSを見ると、自分より優れている人がたくさんいる。
If you watch TV or social media, you'll see that there are many people who are better than you.
でも、そんな事気にせずに自分の生き方をしている人はかっこよく見える。
But people who live their own way without worrying about such things look cool.
⑤自慢が色気を消す
Bragging erases sexiness
絶対に自慢をしてはいけない。
You should never brag.
人の自慢を聞きたい人はいない。
No one wants to hear other people brag.
自信があることでも後で気づいてもらうほうが良い。
It's better to let them realize you're confident later.
女性は多くを語らない男性の方が魅力的に感じる。
Women find men who don't talk much more attractive.
未婚か既婚かは関係ない。
It doesn't matter if you're single or married.
イケメンではない男性は、今後の人生で上の5つを実践してほしい。
I hope that men who aren't good-looking will practice the above five points in their future lives.
