人望が集まる人の考え方という本を読んだ。

そして、人望を集めるためには2つポイントがある。

①相手の自尊心を満たす

だからこそ、相手に興味をいっていることを示すのだ。

②会話では相手に話させる
Let the other person talk in conversation
人は皆自分の話を聞いて欲しい。
Everyone wants to listen to what they have to say.
だから、会話では相手を否定せずに相手に賛同することが大切だ。

あなたの意見が違っても、まず相手の意見を受け入れて認めてあげよう。

最後に、相手に愚痴や悩みを話してはいけない。

会話で満足すべきなのは、あなたではなく相手なのだ。
