✳︎ 「air pollution」は、「大気汚染」という意味の名詞です。
But they moved the onramp to somewhere else recently.
( でも、最近その入り口車線を他のどこかに移動したんだ。)
✳︎ 「they」は、「高速道路の関係者」のことです。
✳︎ 入り口車線を主語にして、 ○But the onramp was moved somewhere else recently. と言ってもOKです。
