会社では製品の使い方セミナーを毎月開催していました

今までは専門の講師スタッフと営業スタッフでセミナーを行っていました
Upon the suggestion of the manager, the service department would handle the seminars in Tokyo and Osaka.
この所長の提案で、サービス部門でセミナー講師を行うと決めました
Due to the need to conserve valuable sales personnel and time.
貴重な営業マンの人員と時間を無駄にできないという理由で
Then, I was assigned this task with the remark, "You look like you have some free time."
そして、「お前暇そうだからやれ」とたたに声がかかりました
While it may appear that way, I actually rank first in both dispatch and response cases.
そうはいっても、実績は１位なんだけど
This is the result of my efforts to efficiently handle issues and prevent emergencies from arising.
緊急案件を起こさないように努力し、効率よく活動している成果なんだけどなぁ
Although I was somewhat upset by the assumption that I was idle, I was told that this was a direct order, so I decided to do my best.
暇そうだと言われ腹は立ちましたが、業務命令は絶対だという言葉で最善を尽くそうと思いました
I had only one month until the next seminar.
次のセミナーまで１か月
Each seminar is divided into morning and afternoon sessions, totaling 5 hours, and there are 3 different types and 3 days.
セミナーは午前、午後で合計５時間、それを３種類の３日間、
I obtained the previous seminar videos, transcribed them, and memorized the flow of the presentation.
過去のセミナーのビデオを入手し、文字起こしし、話の流れを覚え
While managing my regular work.
通常業務をやりながら
I transferred the videos to my PSP so that I could watch and memorize them during my commute and any spare moments.
幸い、PSPに動画を移植できたので通勤時間や手待ち時間に見て覚えました
In the end, I managed to successfully conduct the seminar without any issues.
そして・・・セミナーを完遂いたしました
Moreover, I maintained the quality of my regular work.
なおかつ、通常業務の質も落とさずにね
