Toshiba LEDs cast Louvre in new, warm light
PARIS--In the famed City of Light, one of its most beloved institutions is now being lit with power-saving light-emitting diode devices.
The Louvre museum was illuminated with the energy-efficient lighting on Dec. 6, as it started a two-year project to cut electricity consumption by about 73 percent.
