Yuki Kakiuchi is far from becoming complacent after winning a prestigious competition for young conductors in France.
He was not much familiar with French music because he has studied in Vienna.
But he got his inspiration when he saw orchestra members concentrating on producing a tone in synch with his lead, listening to the sound of each other's instrument.
"I get it now. Thank you," he thought.
Suddenly, Kakiuchi felt relaxed and found orchestra members following his baton more closely.
"I never dreamed of (winning the competition). I was helped by orchestra members," he recalled.

そんな事には無関心で、もっと、もっと、音楽を追求したい、そのために、もっと強くなりたい！と。
みんなに「すごい！！！」って、褒められたら、私だったら、舞い上がって、胡坐をかいてしまいそうですが、
自分に満足できない、もっと修行するんだ！って、すごいですねー。夢と目標があると、ずっとがんばれるのですね。
