サンマルクカフェでホットサンドを食べました。
ホットサンドハムチーズです。セットで800～900円
先日、浅草に行ったとき、浅草ならではの天ぷらとか鰻を食べるつもりで出かけたのですが、結局は混んでいて入れず、サンマルクカフェで遅いお昼を食べました。
私はこのパターンが多いです。つまり、観光地に行って、そこで話題になるお昼を食べようと勇んで出かけるのですが、結局はどこでも食べられるチェーン店で食べます。
しかしサンマルクカフェのホットサンドは満腹感あり、最高でした。
あの日はお腹ペコペコで、このメニューを見たときは、足りるかな？ と心配でしたが、食べてみたらボリューム感に大満足でした。
カロリー表を見ると、433kcalでそれほど多くないです。
「チキン竜田～ジューシー竜田揚げ」というホットサンドも食べたことがあるのですが、これはもっとすごいボリュームです。
外食をしたあとは、ネットでカロリーを調べることが多いです。

I had a hot sandwich at Saint Marc Cafe.
I visited Asakusa the other day, planning to eat tempura or eel, which are characteristic foods of Asakusa, but eventually restairamts were so crowded tnat I had a late lunch at Saint Marc Cafe.
This pattern tends to happen to me.
Namely, I go to a sightseeing spot with the intention of eating a lunch that is popular there, but I eventually end up eating at a chain restaurant where I can eat at anywhere.
However, the hot sandwiche at Saint Marc Cafe was amazing and satisfied me.
I was so hungry that day that when I saw this menu, I wondered if it would be satisfactory or not. But I was very satisfied with the volume of the sandwich.
The calorie list shows 433 kcal, which isn't that much.
I have also had a hot sandwich called "Chicken Tatsuta - Juicy Fried Tatsuta," which was even more amazing in volume.
I often look up calories on the internet after eating out.
