スル州ホロ島で26日、午後12時頃から降り続いた豪雨の影響で洪水が発生し
8つの村が冠水したと現地メディアが伝えた。
およそ3万人の住民が近隣の村やモスクに非難しているという。
消防局、国家警察、ホロ島レスキュー・ネットワークが救助に当たっている。
ホロ島は、フィリピンの南東部に位置する火山性の島で
ボルネオ島とミンダナオ島の間に連なるスールー諸島の中央にあり
面積は861平方m、300,000人ほどが住む。
