最高裁判所訟務官室のデータとして
2010年の婚姻無効訴訟数は8,282件で
2001年の4,520件の40％増と発表した。
昨年は1日平均22件の申請が行われていた計算になる。
また、申請者の61％は女性で、その90％は20歳代だという。

看護師国家試験
今回の看護師国家試験では
EPA（経済連携協定）に基づいて来日している
インドネシア人とフィリピン人の看護師候補者で
受験した398人のうち、16人が合格した。
内訳は、2008年入国のインドネシア人候補者13人
2009年入国のインドネシア人候補者2人とフィリピン人候補者1人。
2010年入国組からは合格者が出なかった。
厚労省は、今回の試験問題から、英語を併記した
難しい漢字にふりがなをつけるなど
外国人に配慮していたが、全体の合格率が91.8%なのに対し
外国人の合格率は4%と、依然として低い結果となった。

溶接技術競技大会
フィリピン溶接協会（ＰＷＳ）は
メトロマニラ市のノルウェー・トレーニングセンター・マニラで
フィリピン溶接技術競技大会を開催した。
今大会は２５人の選手（うち女性選手８人）が参加し
持てる技量を競い合った。
優勝者には金メダルおよび賞金が授与された。
フィリピンは、熟練した溶接技能者を海外へもっとも多く供給している。

対象となった1,198校のうち、778校に欠陥が見つかったと発表した。
検査は現在もなお進行中で
マニラ首都圏を対象とした検査結果は25日に発表されるという。
修復は順次行うと伝えている。
