フィリピンにも「パトロール１１７」という緊急通報ダイヤルがある。
事件や事故の通報に備えて１日24時間、休日なしで
オペレーターが全国で電話に応対しているが
ほとんどの通報がいたずら目的なのが悩みの種だという。

午後10時から午前４時までの外出禁止条例について
２回目の違反で保護した子供の親に対して
場合によっては起訴することを明らかにした。
この条例は未成年者を犯罪から守るために実施されているが
子供の夜間の外出を放置している親もいるとして
今後、親の責任も厳しく追及するという。

10万件の出産につき、320人が死亡しているという。
この高い死亡率を低下せるには、性と生殖に関わる健康政策が必要だと訴えた。

1月から9回に渡って行われた燃料の値上げに抗議するためだという。
