シャリース
フィリピン出身の女性歌手・シャリースの新曲「ラウダー」が
『めざましテレビ』（フジテレビ系）の『今日の占い Count Down』のテーマソングに決定。
4月1日よりオンエアされることがわかった。
シャリースが、テーマソングを担当するきっかけとなったのは
昨年同番組に出演した際に生パフォーマンスしたところ
番組スタッフが歌声に惚れ込み、同コーナーのテーマソング制作を依頼。
これを承諾し新曲「ラウダー」を書き下ろした。
シャリースは、「スタジオでパフォーマンスもさせていただいた
『めざましテレビ』で、自分の曲を使ってもらえてとても光栄です」と喜びをコメントしている。

シンガーやミュージシャン１５人と
バンド３組が東北関東大震災支援ライブ実行委を組織して
４月３日、札幌市教育文化会館小ホール（中央区北１西１３）で
チャリティーライブを行う。
ススキノで１０年以上活動する
フィリピン出身のシンガー、エスミーさんが
知人のミュージシャンらに呼び掛け、実現した。
演奏者だけでなく音響、舞台照明など裏方もボランティアで参加し
収益金は後援する北海道新聞社を通じ、義援金として被災地に届けるという。
被災地への祈りと復興に向け
ススキノの第一線で活動し続けるシンガー・神山慶子さんや
ジャズピアニストの豊口健さんらも参加。
全員で「Ｗｅ ａｒｅ ｔｈｅ ｗｏｒｌｄ」などを披露する。

そのうち、72人が死刑、38人が終身刑、80人近くが禁固15年
そして 35人が現在係争中だという。
フィリピン国外でフィリピン人の死刑が執行されるのは
１９９５年に殺人罪でシンガポールで死刑が執行された
フロー・コンテンプラシオンさん以来16年ぶり。
