改竄
山梨県警から詐欺容疑などで国際手配され
フィリピン入国管理法違反（違法滞在）容疑で
21日に拘束された大平隆一容疑者(45)の入国記録が
フィリピンに潜伏中に改竄されていたことが分かった。
ビザを延長していないことによる違法滞在を解消するためで
大平容疑者は
「友人のフィリピン人を通じて入管側に金を渡し
入国記録を改ざんしてもらった」と証言している。
また、フィリピン入国管理局では
「学生ビザ」と「特別就学許可証」の偽造申請書類が発覚しており
発給審査を厳格化するという。

「キャロリング」をする子どもたちの元気な姿が多く見られる。
この度、社会福祉開発長官とリム首都圏マニラ市長との話し会いで
幹線道路での子供たちによる
クリスマス・ソングのキャロリング行為を取り締まることで合意した。
毎年クリスマス前後
貧困家庭の子供たちが幹線道路に
一時停車した車両に群がり
歌を歌って金銭を受け取る姿がよく見られるが
これは、交通事故に巻き込まれる子供をなくすための措置で
摘発された子供たちの親を逮捕する可能性もあるという。
