死刑判決

中国で麻薬密輸罪に問われ
死刑判決を受けたフィリピン人の男（３５）の上訴審で
北京の最高人民法院（最高裁）は
３０日までに、下級審の判断を支持する判決を出した。
フィリピン外務省が同日、中国の司法当局からの情報として明らかにした。

死刑執行は１２月８日に予定されており
フィリピンのアキノ大統領は
中国の胡錦濤国家主席に減刑などを求める親書を送った。

フィリピン外務省によると
男は２００８年９月
マレーシアから中国広西チワン族自治区桂林市の国際空港に入国。

３０年間生き抜いた元日本陸軍の兵士小野田寛郎さんの講演会が
２９日、西条市の小学校で開かれました。
　
小野田寛郎さんは、和歌山県出身の現在８９歳です。
