死刑判決
中国で麻薬密輸罪に問われ
死刑判決を受けたフィリピン人の男（３５）の上訴審で
北京の最高人民法院（最高裁）は
３０日までに、下級審の判断を支持する判決を出した。
フィリピン外務省が同日、中国の司法当局からの情報として明らかにした。
死刑執行は１２月８日に予定されており
フィリピンのアキノ大統領は
中国の胡錦濤国家主席に減刑などを求める親書を送った。
フィリピン外務省によると
男は２００８年９月
マレーシアから中国広西チワン族自治区桂林市の国際空港に入国。
ヘロイン約１・５キロを隠し持っているのが見つかって逮捕され
同自治区の裁判所で死刑判決を受けた。
中国では今年３月
麻薬密輸罪で死刑判決が確定したフィリピン人３人の死刑が執行された。
６月には同じ罪に問われたフィリピン人の英語教師が死刑判決を受けた。
