改竄
山梨県警から詐欺容疑などで国際手配され
フィリピン入国管理法違反（違法滞在）容疑で
21日に拘束された大平隆一容疑者(45)の入国記録が
フィリピンに潜伏中に改竄されていたことが分かった。
ビザを延長していないことによる違法滞在を解消するためで
大平容疑者は
「友人のフィリピン人を通じて入管側に金を渡し
入国記録を改ざんしてもらった」と証言している。
また、フィリピン入国管理局では
「学生ビザ」と「特別就学許可証」の偽造申請書類が発覚しており
発給審査を厳格化するという。
