拘置施設で自殺
フィリピン ルソン地方ケソン州ドロレス町の警察署にある拘置施設で
収監者のフィリピン人男性(37)が首をつった状態で
死んでいるのが見つかった。
窓の鉄格子に結んだひもで首をつっていた。
この男性は、実の娘をレイプした疑いで逮捕
収監されていた。

業者選定に絡む入札を３月にも実施すると明らかにし
少なくとも１５企業との契約を目指すとしているという。
