10代のフィリピン人男性２人が殺人容疑で逮捕された。
２人は、フィリピン人女性(75)の頭をビンで殴るなどして殺害。
その後、女性の孫娘に性的暴行を加えたという。

無登録で在日フィリピン人らを対象に貸金業を営んだとして
愛媛県松山東署は
２３日、松山市環境部清掃課職員、長谷部年彦容疑者（５５）を
貸金業法違反容疑（無登録営業）で逮捕した。
捜査関係者によると
長谷部容疑者は死別したフィリピン人妻の知り合いを通じて
１０年以上前から、松山市の在日フィリピン人を中心に
貸金業を営んでいたとみられている。
松山署は、長谷部容疑者の自宅の家宅捜索で
２００８年以降の計７１０万円になる
２１人分２４枚の借用書を押収している。
在日外国人のヤミ金問題に取り組む東京都の秋山淳司法書士は
「在日外国人は日本語が分からなかったり、法律にも詳しくないため
ヤミ金が違法だと気づかないことや、相談機関までたどり着けないことが多く
今回のように被害が表面化するケースは珍しいという。
潜在的な被害は、この何十倍もあるのだろうと話しちおり
今後は外国人につながる機関に
各言語で書いたヤミ金相談機関のチラシを配るなど、支援が必要だ」と訴えている。
