アメリカ系投資アドバイザー企業「Tholons 社」がこのほど発表した
「外国の投資家や企業の資産管理を受け入れる金融機関や市場先ランキング」で
フィリピンのマニラが3位にランクされた。
1位と2位は共にインドのバンガローとムンバイで
フィリピンからは、セブも9位にランクした。

レオパレス21のCMソングを歌う
「MY VOICE MY SONG 　ソニー・ミュージック冬季限定オーディション」で
グランプリに愛媛県出身の「りんちゃん」（18）が選ばれた。

日本人の父とフィリピン人の母のハーフで
数年間フィリピンに留学していたというりんちゃん。
オーディションで5944組の応募の中から頂点に輝いたりんちゃんには
2004年に制作されたレオパレスのCMソング「それぞれの夢」のCMでの歌唱権が授与され
本人のイメージに合わせアレンジされた同曲が今春より制作されるという。
