Currently, we can only send customized M&M’s with words and/or FACES; we do not ship international orders of My Teams or Disney Blends.
We will be happy to ship your order to Japan. However, if your order needs to be shipped or has a billing address outside the continental U.S., we request that you please reply to this e-mail (*****@mymms.com
) explaining exactly what you would like to order (package type, quantity, colors and messages) along with the complete shipping and billing addresses (postal code is necessary), and we will respond with your shipping quote via email.
All international orders take approximately 2 weeks for processing and shipping time. All quotes are in US Dollars and are good for 30 days.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery. In the event that the order does not make it to your destination or is held up by customs or FEDEX, we will do all that we can to assist in receipt of your order. However, we are not responsible if the package is refused for delivery. Also, please be advised that we are unable to refund any fees for non-receipt of order.
