とうとう、１月２０日にアメリカ新大統領が
就任しましたね。
オバマ大統領はこれまでもこのメルマガで
とりあげてきましたが、
今週・来週と２回に分けて
世界中から期待されていた就任演説を
お届けしたいと思います。
ただ・・・
オバマ大統領スピーチで
いつものごとく
なかなか使わない単語が多いので、
聞いて「？」となってしまった方は
日本語訳でお楽しみください。
（かなりの上級者でないと
難しいと思います。）

伝えようとしているのか、

見てみてくださいね。

We remain the most prosperous, powerful nation on Earth.
Our workers are no less productive than when this crisis began.
Our minds are no less inventive,

But our time of standing pat, of protecting narrow interests
and putting off unpleasant decisions - that time has surely passed.
Starting today, we must pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off,
