本日は5時30分起床、

これらを毎日5分間、
コツコツと勉強し始めてから
3ヶ月程経ちました
昨日、これらの勉強が
活きてきている実感が
あったんですね
それでふと、
あれ?始めてからどれくらい
たったけ?
と今朝自問自答したら、
約3ヶ月位でした
習慣化は90日と言われますが、
もしかすると効果の実感が
でるのが90日なのかも
逆にいうと、
90日間は効果の実感ないかも(笑)
これはなかなか、
興味深い発見ですね

この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました
本日も最高に創造的で、
ワクワクする一日にしましょう!

I woke up at 5:30 AM today, and posted my blog! ✨
I started studying the following subjects diligently for 5 minutes each day about 3 months ago:
Business Due Diligence (DD)
Healthcare Management Professional (Iryo Keieishi)
Human Resources Department (HR)
Japanese History
Yesterday, I felt a real sense that this studying was starting to pay off.
That made me pause and wonder this morning, "Wait, how long has it been since I started?"
I realized it has been about 3 months.
They say it takes 90 days to form a habit, but perhaps the sense of seeing results also appears around that 90-day mark.
In other words, you might not feel the effects for those first 90 days (lol).
This is a rather interesting discovery, isn't it?
The time has come to seriously tackle the quote:
"The Enemy of the Best is, good."
Let's make today an absolutely creative and exciting one!
