zen

Garmin
The Enemy of the Best is, good

Good morning ☀
Up at 4 AM today,
and it's blog posting time ✨
To manage my autonomic nervous system,
I ate udon,
bought a Garmin.
It was a rough October,
with the temperature and air pressure swings,
but I also picked up a new habit.
And where I ended up,
in a sense where I came back to, was zazen.
Now, even if I'm someone who quits after three days a hundred times over,
I still want to grow by that 1.01.
So instead of "always do zazen after meals,"
I've given it a new definition:
a meal is something that includes zazen.
An obvious update, isn't it?
I'm thinking of making this my annual goal for 2027.
Well, well,
the journey of studying myself continues.
The Enemy of the Best is, good.
The time has come to take this phrase seriously.
Let's make today another wonderfully creative,
exciting day!
