本日は5時起床、

変革する力が必要、
何故なら市場は暴力的だから
経営だけでなく
私生活でも、
そうだなと思います
生きてるだけで、
色々な予期せぬことが起きます
それこそ、暴力的に
変革か死か、
と柳井さんは仰られています
本当にその通りだなと
大変なのが変化寿命が短くて、
しょっちゅう変化しなきゃ
いけない事ですよね
そういう意味では
誰しもが経営者であると、
自分という会社の経営者で
あるとも言えるかと
情報化社会で人類史上初、
全国民に情報と発言権が
与えられた時代
便利の代償は、
決して小さくないなと思います

この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました

Woke up at 5:00 AM today,
and time for a blog post! ✨️
We need the power to transform—
because the market is brutal.
I think this holds true
not just in business,
but in our personal lives as well.
Just by living,
we face all kinds of unexpected events.
Often, fiercely and relentlessly so.
As Mr. Yanai says,
"Transform or die."
I couldn't agree more.
What makes it so challenging is that the lifespan of change is short,
so we have to keep transforming ourselves over and over again.
In that sense,
you could say that everyone is a manager—
the CEO of a company called "Myself."
In this information society, for the first time in human history,
everyone has been given access to information and a voice.
I feel the price we pay for this convenience
is by no means small.
"The enemy of the best is good."
The time has come to truly take these words to heart and act on them.
