→他の専門分野の経験、課題、ニーズに接し、
かつ自らの知識と情報をほかの分野に
適用できるようにしなければならない
ドラッカー先生のすごいのは、
これがもうチェックリストとして
活用できることですよね
いやはや私個人としても、
法人としてもできてないことは
まだまだ沢山ありますね
道標はあるので、
あとは実行あるのみですね
過去の偉人たちの想いを、使命を
今の私達が受け継いで、
次に渡していかないとですね

Good morning ☀
Woke up at 5:15 AM today,
and here is my blog post ✨️
Reading Peter Drucker every morning is intense.
Every single word carries so much weight—
it really takes time to get used to
and fully digest what he's saying.
Lately, I've finally been able
to absorb his lessons little by little,
so I'm starting to output my thoughts bit by bit as well.
Regarding what makes work rewarding and fulfilling,
he outlines the following:
① Productive Work
→ Analyze the work, synthesize the process,
examine controls and standards, and design tools and information.
② Feedback Information
→ Provide feedback on results and enable self-control.
③ Continuous Learning
→ Engage with the experiences, challenges, and needs of other specialized fields,
and be able to apply your own knowledge and information
to those other areas.
What’s amazing about Drucker is
that these points can immediately be used
as an actionable checklist!
Honestly, both as an individual
and as a company, there are still so many things
we have yet to master.
The guideposts are already there,
so now it's all about execution.
We must inherit the passion and mission
of the great figures of the past,
and pass them on to the next generation.
The Enemy of the Best is, good
The time has come to truly commit to these words.
