本日は5時起床、

経営者系の本は
それなりに読んできましたが、
これだけ読みやすくて
実践的な本は珍しいです
3周目に入りますが、
多分私が生きてる間は
ずっと周回すると思います（笑）
経営者と、
モラルのない商売人の違い
正しい稼ぎ方をしているか、
業績が会社の使命に基づいているか
表現は違えども、
稲盛さんや西郷先生のいう
正道を歩んでいるかどうか
さて、同時並行で進めている
ドラッカーのマネージメントと
比較してみると、
やはりドラッカーは研究者的な
要素が強いのかなとも思います
毎朝1行づつですが、
7冊の本を並行して読むと
色んな気づきがあります
もっともっと、
深く深く

I've been reading Tadashi Yanai's Notes on Becoming a Business Leader.
I've read my fair share of books for executives and business leaders, but it’s rare to find one this accessible and practical.
I'm starting my third read-through, but I'll probably keep cycling through this book for the rest of my life (haha).
It highlights the difference between a true business leader and an unethical merchant:
Are you earning money the right way?
Are your results rooted in the company's mission?
Though expressed differently, it comes down to whether you are walking the "righteous path"—just as Kazuo Inamori and Saigo Takamori taught.
Now, comparing it with Peter Drucker’s Management, which I’m reading concurrently, I feel Drucker definitely has a stronger academic, researcher-like quality to his work.
Even if it’s just one line each morning, reading seven books in parallel brings so many different insights.
More and more,
Deeper and deeper.
The Enemy of the Best is, good
The time has come to truly commit to these words.
