マネージメントを
1日1行読み始めてから
3ヶ月程が経ちしました
本ってすごいですよね、
毎朝ドラッカーと柳井さん、
稲盛さんに叱咤激励頂く生活
実際にそんなことは不可能なところ、
本ならば数千円で可能に
文字や本というのは、
人類という種族の発明のなかでも
最高峰だと思います
さて、ドラッカーはもちろん
仕事に関して沢山の知識
やりがいを持たせるには、
責任を与えること
これは原則に思います
これが原則だとすると、
責任逃れながら
仕事にやりがいを持つのは
矛盾ということになります
仕事にやりがいを持つことだけが、
人生ではないですからね
責任を取りたくなければ、
仕事にやりがいを求めずに
割り切ったほうが幸せに
なれると思います
多分最近、
変に理想像だけが高すぎて、
自身の能力や価値観とあって
ない人が増えてるのは、
この辺の割り切りができないんでしょうね
まぁ40歳にもなれば、
人生は制限があるからこそ
精一杯になれることが
分かってくるのだと思います
ドラッカーは凄いですね、
何年経っても色褪せない

この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました
本日も最高に創造的で、
ワクワクする一日にしましょう！

I woke up at 6:15 AM today—time for a new blog post! ✨️
It has been about three months since I started reading Peter Drucker’s Management (Essential Edition)—just one line a day.
Books are truly amazing, aren't they?
Every morning, I get to be challenged and encouraged by Peter Drucker, Tadashi Yanai, and Kazuo Inamori.
In real life, having them as personal mentors would be impossible—but with books, a few thousand yen makes it a reality.
I believe that writing and books are among the absolute greatest inventions in the history of humankind.
Now, Drucker naturally offers a wealth of wisdom when it comes to work.
To foster motivation and fulfillment, give people responsibility.
I believe this is a fundamental principle.
If we accept this as a principle, then trying to find fulfillment in your work while avoiding responsibility is a contradiction.
After all, finding fulfillment in work isn't everything in life.
If you don't want to take on responsibility, I think you'll actually be much happier if you draw a clear line and treat work as just a job, rather than expecting it to be fulfilling.
I think the reason we're seeing more people lately with unrealistically high ideals that don't match their actual abilities or personal values is simply that they can't make this distinction.
Well, by the time you reach 40, I think you start to understand that it’s precisely because life has limitations that we can live it to the fullest.
Drucker is truly incredible—his words never fade, no matter how many years pass.
"The enemy of the best is good."
The time has come to truly live by these words.
