心を高める、経営を伸ばす
会社や組織は、
経営者の器以上にならないから
経営者はその規模に合わせて、
その心を高めなければならない
考え方や、哲学、歴史から
心を研磨していかないと行けない
理念を向上させて、
実現しなければならい
稲盛先生の本が特質なのが、
この辺りではないかと思います
福井先生もですね、
やはり心の大切さを
説かれる方
その言葉が響くには、
実践してないとですからね
心
まさしく今の時代には特に、
学ぶべき分野だと思いました

この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました

Mr. Kazuo Inamori's words this morning were truly profound.
"Elevate your mind, expand your business."
Because a company or organization can never outgrow the caliber of its leader,
leaders must elevate their minds to match the scale of their business.
We must continuously polish our minds through our mindset, philosophy, and history.
We have to elevate our ideals and bring them to life.
I believe this is exactly what makes Mr. Inamori's books so exceptional.
Mr. Fukui is also someone who emphasizes the importance of the mind and heart.
But for those words to truly resonate, we have to be putting them into practice!
The mind and heart.
I strongly felt that this is a vital subject to study, especially in times like these.

The time has come to genuinely commit to these words.
