己を愛することによって失敗する

本日は5時20分起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
南州翁遺訓からの
引用ですが、
本当に痛感しますね
人生重ねてくると
実際問題としてどうにも
ならない事はあるので、
それらを関心の輪として、
自分にできること、
影響の輪に集中することが
大切なのは原則
もう少し深く考えると
それが本当に関心の輪なのか、
経験則から諦めて勝手に
関心の輪に入れてはいないか
この辺りについて
失敗した事が最近あるので
再考の機会を得ました
何だか多少上手く行っただけで、
柳井さんの言うところの
大企業病の精神になっていた
ような気もしますね
しょうがないことに対しての、
それをどうにかする野心みたいな
ものでしょうか
甲子園の高校球児のように、
この一戦しかないような緊張感や
何でもする精神というか
自分の考え経験をもとに、
その固定観念を柔軟観念
に切り替えを自由自在に
矛盾してますよね、
固定してるから固定観念なのに
それを柔軟に扱う
この矛盾に取り組む事が何か、
敬天愛人に繋がる道の入口な
ような気がするんですよね
仕事のいいところは、
失敗する機会があること
失敗からしか得られないこと、
成長できないことが沢山ある
仕事してなくても失敗に
飛び込める人はいると思いますが、
私は怠け者なので仕事で強制
されないと、なかなか（笑）
だから仕事は辞められないですね
敬天愛人、うーむ本当に
人生テーマですね奥深い
だから、いい

この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました

Woke up at 5:20 AM today and am now working on this blog post. ✨
I was reading a quote from the Nanshu O遗訓 (The Teachings of Saigo Takamori), and it truly hit home.
As we gain more life experience, we inevitably face practical realities that are simply beyond our control.
In principle, it is crucial to categorize these as our "Circle of Concern" and instead focus our energy on what we can change—our "Circle of Influence."
But thinking a little deeper... is it truly just a "Circle of Concern"? Or have I merely given up based on past experiences and arbitrarily placed it there myself?
I recently had a failure related to this very point, which gave me a valuable opportunity to reconsider.
It feels as though a taste of minor success had brought on what Tadashi Yanai calls the "big corporate disease" mindset.
Perhaps what I lacked was that "ambition" to challenge the things we often dismiss as unavoidable.
It’s about having that raw, stop-at-nothing spirit and the intense tension of high school baseball players at Koshien, playing as if there is no tomorrow.
To be able to freely and flexibly shift from fixed concepts to flexible ones, based on my own thoughts and experiences...
I know it sounds contradictory. A fixed concept is, by definition, fixed—yet I'm talking about handling it with flexibility.
But I have a feeling that tackling this very contradiction is the entrance to the path of Keiten Aijin ("Revere Heaven, Love People").
The great thing about work is that it gives us the opportunity to fail.
There are so many things we can only learn, and so many ways we can only grow, through failure.
While some people might actively dive into failure without the structure of a job, I am far too lazy for that (haha). If work didn’t force me into it, I rarely would.
That’s exactly why I can’t quit working.
Keiten Aijin... Wow, it truly is a lifelong theme. So profound.
And that is precisely why it’s worth pursuing.
"The Enemy of the Best is, Good."
The time has come for me to seriously tackle this principle.
