カトマンズ近郊、パタン(Patan)にあるJ's Japanese Cooking Studioさんにて、チャイとナチュケットの教室をさせていただきます。
日本語・英語両方ですので、在ネパールの日本の方はもちろん、そのほかの外国の方、ネパールの方にもmimiの味をお伝えできればと思っています。今回はナチュケットとジンジャーオレンジチャイ、カルダモンチョコチャイ、マサラチャイを作ります。
海外で、しかもネパールでmimi lotusの教室をするのは私にとって大きな挑戦であり、とてもやってみたかったこと。ドキドキするなぁー、がんばりますっ💪
I will have 『mimi lotus's Chai and Natucuit class』in Patan on 18th January.
