先週、つ、ついに証券口座が開設!!(・∀・)・・・と思ったら、What a disaster!!事件が発生したのですが(こちら)、週末Victoriaちゃんにお手紙を書きましたよー。

My name is XXX and I recently opened share trading account with ASB securities. I had a phone call from Victoria, from your support team last Friday that there was some errors/issues opening my account and somehow my personal information were disclosed to the public or/and anyone could access to my account online.
Could you please clarify/explain by writing below points; • What personal information of myself had been disclosed to the public? • Who was able to reach out to my personal information? • Could you clarify that there had been no trading (buying/selling shares or any kind of financial products) through my ASB security accounts? – I can confirm that I did not trade anything since my account had been activated.

Thank you for your email and your time on Friday afternoon so I could advise you of this unfortunate situation.
The human error which occurred when your account was opened resulted in one client being able to view your account number and account name for a period of three days. As you had not traded with ASB Securities or credited funds to the Cash Management account, they were fortunately limited to the above mentioned details only.

I confirm there have been no orders or trades placed through your original account. As discussed on Friday, this account has subsequently been closed and you would have received an email from our team today advising you of your new sharetrading account number earlier today.
XXX, on behalf of everyone at ASB Securities, accept my sincere apologies for this situation. This is unacceptable and most certainly not a reflection of the service and level of standards expected from ASB Securities staff. ASB prides itself on providing exceptional service and abiding to high standards in all interactions with our clients, and I am so terribly sorry in this instance this has not occurred.
I trust the above covers the level of detail you have requested, and somewhat reassures you this situation is not the level of service you can expect from us going forward. Should you wish to discuss the matter further, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Now I do understand what had happened and am satisfied with your answers. I am glad that you explained the situation sincerely and honestly, so thank you for that. I chose ASB as I always have an impression that your customer services are the top in the county, and I’m still having the same impression after going through all this issue.
