The Origin of the Name Hitsujiyama Park

本文 Body Text
「羊山公園」の名の由来は、元々、そこが牧場地で、羊が飼われていたからです。
The name "Hitsujiyama Park" comes from the fact that the area was originally a ranch where sheep were raised.
その証拠に、今でも公園の一角で羊が飼われています。
As proof of this, sheep are still kept in one corner of the park.
この通り。
Just like this.
今は、「ふれあい牧場」として、市民に開放されています。(^^)
It is now open to the public as a "Fureai Ranch."
牧場内では、鯉のぼりが掲げられていましたよ。(^o^)
Carp streamers were hung inside the ranch.
