初日から大冒険(A great adventure of first day)
翌日から、学校が始まるため、とりあえず学校まで行けるようになろう。と
ひとりなので、何もかも、自分でしなきゃいけません。
英語なんて全然話せないのに！！
I have to go to school tomorrow,so I have to go there by myself.
At that time,I was alone.So I have to do all of things by myself.
I didn't speak English well yet at that time!!
とりあえず地図を買いに、ＡＢＣストアへ。
というか、それくらいは日本で用意してくるべきでした・・・。
探しても見当たらないので、店員さんに。
地図がほしいんですが。
Anyway,I went to a ABC store for get a map.
Now I know I should buy one in Japan.
I didn't find it out,I asked a salesclerk 'Excuse me,I want a map.'
これしかないよ。.といって店員さんが見せてくれたのは、
オアフ島全てが載った、あまり役に立ちそうにない地図。
でも、とりあえずないよりは、ということで。
それでいいです。
'Oh,We have only this map.'
It's a map around Oahu,maybe it's not useful.
But it's better than no map.
'OK,I will buy it'
あまりあてにならない地図を片手に、住所を控えて、いざ出発。
コンドミニアムを出てすぐに出逢ったおばさんに声をかけてみる。
すみません。ここに行きたいのですが。
I went out with a worthless map and addres of my school.
I talk to a woman I met near my condminium.
Excuse me.I want to go here.
住所をみたおばさんは、遠いからバスをつかわなきゃ、ダメね。
角曲がったところにバス停があるから、8番のバスにのるといいわ。
という感じのことを英語で教えてくれた。
She looked at that address and said
'It's far from here,so you should take a bus.There is a bus stop around that conner.You should take No8.'
とりあえず、お礼をいって別れたんだけど、バスの乗り方もわからない・・・。
どうしよう？としばらくバス停で悩んでいたら、ずーっと止まってる車を発見。
近づいていって、バスの乗り方教えてください。
と勇気を振り絞って声をかけてみた。
'Thank you' I said.
But I dIdn't know how to take a bus.
I was thinking at the bus stop and found a guy who is just waiting something in his car.
I walked to him and asked 'Excuse me,Could you teach me how to take a bus?'

出国日(the departure day)
出国の日。
既に何度目かの渡ハ。
ただ、今回は、お迎えなし。
初めて、空港からコンドミニアムまでひとりで。
I'm leaving today.
I already go to Hawaii several times.
But this time, I don't have anyone who pick me up at airport.
It's first time to go to my condominium by myself.
空港について、バスに揺られて、入国審査。
過去に何度か訪れていたことが仇になり、ひっかかる。
「どうして何度もハワイにきてるの？」
既に別れていたこともあった正直に、
「彼氏がいたから。」
と答えたら、なんだか面倒な空気に。
At the immigrate,the guy asked me
'Why you come to Hawaii many time?'
'I had my boyfriend' I answered.
Because I thought I already broke up with him so it's no matter.
But he asked me alot about my ex-boyfriend.
「もう別れてるよ。」と伝えたら、なんとかOK。
'I already broke up with him.This time I came for studying English.'
そして、もうひとつ問題が。
自分でチケットも手配したので、90日オーバー笑。
「帰国日をずらして。」と言われたので、「わかりました。」とお返事。
なにやら、空港の人が、電話であれこれしてたけど、聞き取れず。
But I had one more problem.
I took my ticket by myself.
I made a mistake about the leaving day.It was 90days over,haha.
He said 'you have to change you leaving day' 'OK,I will'
I didn't catch,but a women in the airport talking something on the phone.
まぁ、なんとか入国できて、一安心。
荷物をとって、お外へ。
バスはよくわからないので、とりあえずタクシー。
Anyway,I got to Hawaii.
I pick up my baggage and go out.
I didn't know which bus to take,so I took a taxi.
海外通話可の携帯だったので、コンドミニアムのエージェントさんへ連絡。
これから向かう旨を伝えて(日本語)、タクシーに乗り込んで住所を見せる。
ここに行きたいのですが。
ただ、正しい英語は、このホテルへ/ここへお願いします。
I had a cellphone I can use it abroad.I called my agent of my condominium.
I told him I am coming.
I took a taxi and show my address.
'I want to go here.'
But in this situation,we should say 'Can/could you take me to this hotel/here?
車内での会話は一切なく(笑)、コンドミニアム到着。
チップと合わせてお支払い。
だいたい１５％と言われてるけど、私は計算が苦手なので、数字をまるめて支払う方式をとってました。
４５＄だと、５０＄とか、そんな感じ。
In the taxi,I didn't say anything,haha.
When I got to the condominium,I paid include tip.
Taxi tip is 15%,but I am not good at calculation so usually I paid like this;When the charge is $45,I pay $50.
エージェントさんと合流してお部屋へ。
部屋について、まずは親元へ無事着いたことを連絡。
My agent took me my room.
I calld my parents to tell them I got to Hawaii.

わくわく、というより、とうとう着ちゃった。って感じでした。
