『ジーニアス英和辞典』（第５版）では「匿名、匿名性」とあります。
LDOCEで調べてみると“when other people do not know who you are or what your name is”と記載されていました。
Online Etymology Dictionaryで語源を見てみると“"state or quality of being nameless," 1820; see anonym "nameless person" + -ity. In same sense anonymousness is recorded from 1802.”とあります。
メタバース就活とは、インターネット上で作られた仮想空間で、採用担当者と学生が「アバター」と呼ばれる自分の分身を操作して交流できる就活イベントです。今月27日にも開かれ、179社が参加し、約2000人の学生たちが訪れました。学生たちは匿名で参加できるので、聞きにくい質問を気軽に聞けることができるとのことです。オンライン上なので、遠方の人でも参加でき、アバター同士ではありますが企業の方と話すことができるのは画期的だと考えます。（Zaki）
