小さいものVS大きいもの Small vs. Big

Hello!! I'm Kids' leader Miho!

みんなは自分よりも大きなものと戦った経験はありますか
Has anyone had the experience of competing against someone bigger then themselves?

それは人や動物だったり、乗り越えるべき事柄だったりするかもしれませんね

Maybe it was another person or and animal, or maybe over something that we should understand. 

そんな時どんな気持ちになりますか
At that time how would  you feel?

聖書の中に3mもある巨人のゴリアテに小さな体のダビデが勝利したストーリーがあります

In The Bible, there is a story about a small boy named David who beat Goliath the giant, who was a 3 m tall. 

ダビデは体も小さいし、強い道具も持っていなかったけど、心がとっても大きくて強かった
David was small and he even didn't have a strong sword, but he did have a big strong heart. 

ダビデには勝つ自信があったんです

David won, because he had CONFIDENCE.

どんな時にも神様が必ず助けてくれると知っていたから
He knew that at anytime God would certainly come and help. 

それは誰かに「おまえにはできない」と言われても揺るがない自信でした

Even if someone said, "You can't do that" I wouldn't be shaken because of my confidence.
