さて、今夜は「しなやかに、整える」というテーマでお送りしています。
皆さんは、しなやかに整うという体験や経験ございますでしょうか？
僕はゾーンに入りきる時はこの感覚に近い状態なのかなと思います。
本番直前なのにもかかわらず眠くなっていって呼吸が深くなり、自然と瞼を閉じていくような感覚になっていくと、ゾーンが近いなと感じられます。
そのまま体の中の芯が常に一定の場所にあって、そこにすべてをゆだねるだけで全てが成功しているというのが僕のゾーンの時の感覚です。
体の全てが柔らかく強く、何事に対しても落ち着いていて何が起きたとしても大丈夫、それが僕にとってのしなやかに整った状態なのかなと思いました。
皆さんも心もお肌もゾーンのようなしなやかで整ったと思える瞬間を作っていって感じてみてください。
Tonight, I’m sending this with the theme of “elastically prepare”.
Have you ever experienced of elastically preparing?
In my case, I think when I’m entering to a zone, it’d be close to the situation of it.
Although it’s just before my performance, I feel sleepy, breathe deeper, and automatically wanted to close my eyes, with such a feeling, I feel a zoon is close.
The core of my body stays in a certain position, just trusting it, everything goes successfully, that’s how I feel when I’m in a zone.
All parts of my body are flexible but strong, being calm and whatever happens I’d be fully ready, such situation can be called “elastically preparing” in my case.
You too please create a zone-line moment which you feel your mind and skin are elastically prepared.
「体や心を休ませるとき、どのように過ごしていますか」というご質問いただきました。
僕は、やっぱりゲームですね。
どうしても常にスケートのことを考えてしまっていて、眼を閉じるとジャンプのイメージトレーニングをしたり、プロに転向してからは新しく自分でプログラムを作るようになったので、曲を聴いているとついついプログラムとしての演技や振付を考えてしまいがちです。
そういう時はやっぱりゲームに没頭して、フィクションの中の世界に入り込んでいく世界がなんとなく楽だな、休まるなって思うような気がしています。
皆さんも是非体と心を休ませてあげてください。
I’d like to answer a question; “When you want your body and mind to be relaxed, how do you spend time?”
My case, of course, playing games.
Always I tend to think about skating, when I close my eyes immediately start mental imagery training of jumps.
Also after turning professional, I now prepare my programmes by myself, so when I listen to music, I tend to think about performances or choreography.
So, I immerse myself in games, feeling that I’m entering the world of fiction, I can be relaxed and having a break.
You too, please let your body and mind be relaxed.

A new photobook will be released . . .
From FTB Publishing and seems very gorgeous, in 208 pages, photos started in year 2007, “Sing, Sing, Sing” and most of Yuzu’s performances including the latest “A Fleeting Dream” and “If. . . “.
It’ll be released on 7 Dec.

前日のお写真を見せてくれたの。
でね素敵って驚いていたら
「車一台分カメラ、レンズに注ぎ込めば、こういう写真撮れるよ」って笑っていた方。

Well, not sure but probably Sarah talked with him
in Montreal while waiting for Yuzu coming on to the ice.
A photographer showed his photos taken on the day before,
and when I was very surprised by his beautiful photos, he said
"When you spend an among you can buy a car for your camera and lens,
you too can take such photos."
「2007年以降15年以上にわたり撮影」とのこと。
お名前全然覚えていなかったけど、結構、坂本さんのお写真は目にしていた。
His name is not very familiar though,
his photos are seen quite often.
