結弦君、仮面・・・捨てた？
それともそろそろまた仮面を用意しているの？

突然ですが、インド洋に沈むお日さま。
Suddenly though. . .
the sunset in Indian Ocean.
そして、朝になったら・・・
ダルエスサラームの街が広がっていました。
And in the morning,
the buildings in Dar es Sallam were shining.
「だから、なんで急にダルエスなんだ！！？！？」
あ・・・いや、あのね、Toshlさまが
ど～やらダルエスに行ってらしたようなのよ。
で、サラの過去写真を引っ張り出してきたの。
いや、遠かったよ、タンザニア
船旅（でもお仕事だったけど💦）だったからね。
"So, why? why you suddenly showing

Well, you know, Yuzu. . .
Toshl were there, an article told,
so Sarah too watching her old photos
and recalling the hot days in Dar es sallam.
Abemaの企画でひろゆきさんがアフリカを旅している（旅した？）ようで
そのプログラムにToshlさまが参加したとのこと
まだ放送されていないけど、で、ダルエスから奥に行った村で「コンサート」をしたんだって。
実はこのニュース、今朝のブログにレモンパイさんがコメントで語ってくれて
で、記事を探した！

One of the blog reader informed Sarah that there're articles telling
that Toshl was in Tanzania and performed his songs there.
So Sarah searched the article. . .

「僕の歌をアフリカで歌ったらどうなるかという挑戦をしてみたかったんです。歌える場所、ピアノがある場所はないかとリサーチすると、タンザニアの中心地ダルエスサラームからだいぶ離れた村に、音楽教室があるらしいという情報を得たんです。村に近づくにつれ道の状態は非常に悪く、現地タクシーでの移動でしたが、結構大変でした」
“I wanted to challenge myself to see what would happen when I sing my songs in Africa. So I searched a place with a piano to sing, and I got information that there’s a music school in a village far away from Dar es Sallam, the most populous city in Tanzania. I used a local taxi, but when we got closer to the village the road condition became very bad, it was very tough.”

Wow, although he has lots hit numbers, but
he performed two songs, they are;
"CRYSTAL MEMORIES" and "Masquerade".
Oh my goodness, lovely！！！
「でも、本来鍵盤あるところに小さいキーボードがちょこんと置いてあったので、それを使って即興コンサートを開催しました。音楽教室と言われる大きな部屋には、立錐の余地もないくらい、地域の子供たちや大人たちで溢れ、多分100人くらい？ 熱気がすごかったです。マイクも一応用意してくれたんですが、線も繋がっておらず、これも使えなかったんです。最初に歌ったのは英語歌詞のオリジナル曲『CRYSTAL MEMORIES』です」
“However, there is a small keyboard where the I expected, so using the keyboard, I opened an improvisational concert. A large room they call “the music room” is full of local children and their parents, probably about 100 people, too many people so that there was no room for even a standing cone. It was amazingly exciting. They prepared a microphone though it was not connected I wasn’t able to use it. The song I first sang was my original song, “CRYSTAL MEMORIES”, which has the English lyrics.”
2曲目は日本語詞のオリジナル曲『マスカレイド』を歌った。仮面をかぶって、素顔を忘れていく、という孤独な気持ちをせつせつと歌い上げるスローバラードだ。
「途中で感情が昂って鍵盤を叩くように演奏をしてしまうと、もはや音が出なくなってしまいました。そこで、キーボードを弾くのをやめ、僕は両手を大きく振りながらマスカレイドという言葉をリフレインするとみんなが大合唱してくれたんです。音楽は言語や国境を超えると言われますが、今回の経験で、その言葉の真実を知りました。遠い異国の初めて出会った方々と歌を通じて一つになるような瞬間を体験しました。本当に感動的でした」と声を震わせながら話す。
The second song was also his original with Japanese lyrics, “Masquerade”. A slow ballade, which expresses a lonely feeling of one who are getting forget himself while being in a mask.
“While performing, I got so emotional so that I started playing the keyboard so hard, then it knacked. So I stopped playing the keyboard and I was repeating “Masquerade”, moving my hands widely, then everyone started singing in chorus. Many say that music goes beyond languages and borders, through this experience, I learnt the truth of the word. I have experienced a moment which made me feel being unified with people I met for the first time in a foreign country far away from my home country. I truly appreciate them.” He expressed with his voice shaking.
なんか、またまたToshlさまから結弦君へのラブコールですか？って思えちゃう。
なんたってサラは結弦君中心に宇宙は動いていると信じているからね。
いや、でもさぁ、やっぱりこの2曲を敢えてって、絶対にそうだよね。

遠目には静かで美しい街って印象だったんだけど、港が近づいてくると・・・
おおおおおお！
人が！人が・・・溢れている！
Looking at the city from a distance, it looked so beautiful. . .
then getting closer to the seaport, oh my gosh！！
People are overflowing to the sea！！
と、ちゃっかりサラもタンザニアの思い出に浸ったのです。
