So that’s why he became very special because all the other skaters are special but you know when you’re working in a team it’s . . . for me I always respected that Brian was the head coach I never wanted to have that . . .uhhh, position but the thing is that at one point when you get to a skater who wants have to something a little bit more than it then it can have some conflicts and that’s why I didn’t want to have and uh, Yuzuru always took the time to put me in front and making it clear and that’s why it became a very special individual and. . . you know, always remember my birthday, even now my birthday he texts me and said happy birthday and. . .it’s always . . .

ユヅルとは・・・僕ら、コーチと選手というとってもいい関係を保ってきたよ。コロナ禍で以前から僕らはオンラインで練習していたし。でユヅルがなんで特別かというと、いつだって彼は僕を前面に出すことを恐れていなかったんだ。ここはブライアンに、そしてここはジスランに頼りたいってはっきり言ってくれていた。勿論他のスケーターも特別だけどその中でもユヅルが特別というのはそんなことさ。僕はいつもブライアンをヘッド・コーチとして尊敬しているし、彼の地位に就きたいなんて思ったことない。でもスケーターが僕にもうちょっとって望んだりすると、あれこれともめごとにもなるわけさ、だから出しゃばったりしたくなかったんだよ。ユヅルはいつも僕を前面に出してくれて、その辺をはっきりとさせてくれていた、だからね特別なんだよ。それに、彼は僕の誕生日を覚えていてね、今もだよ、ちゃんと誕生日のメッセージをくれる。
なんか、ハッピートリオだったけど2019年にはなんとも不思議なことが起きていたよね。
そして4CC後にはコロナ禍で結弦君はクリケットを離れてしまい・・・
オンラインで練習はしていても、やっぱり結弦君は孤独だったよね、きっと。
ま、孤独はたぶんクリケットにいたとしても、やっぱり孤独だっただろうけど・・・
そんなもんだよね孤独って。
親しい人がそばにいれば孤独じゃないとは限らない者。
サラだってさぁじじ・ばば、両親じゃん、でも、めっちゃ孤独だわ・・・
なんか1人っきりになった方が孤独を感じないかもって思うくらい。

結弦君、4Aの練習続けているんだろうね。
なんか、やっぱりハーネスのおっちゃんとジスランさんがたま～に結弦君に合流してくれたら、怪我の心配が半減するんだけどなぁ・・・・。

あ・・誰もがユヅル・ハニューは成功するって言っていたけど、僕は「奇跡」なんて信じていない。試合で成功させるにはそれなりの成功率が重要となってくる。ユヅルはアスリートとしてそうしてことを理解していた。彼は素晴らしい競技者で、勝利を望んでいたから、想像外のことが起こる可能性はあった。北京オリンピックまでもう半年あったら、おそらく彼が成功者になったと言えるよ。北京の数週間前、一カ月半ほど前には成功目前までたどり着いていたんだ、でも足首の怪我で予定が狂った。彼がもちょっと若く、怪我もなかったら世界初の成功者になっていただろうけどね。
今だって、本物の4Aを跳んだのは結弦君唯一だけどね。
怪しげな団体が認定しても・・・そんなの全然尊敬に値しない。
結弦君の4Aは本物だったから、あの大きな感動があった。
