小学生の結弦君はやっぱり鬼！Little Drill Sergeant, Yuzu

 

 

今朝は、みやかわくんの「ゆづくん」大歓迎の話題をしたかったの矢口さんのところはさらりにしたけど。

矢口さんのお話し、なんたって結弦君愛が大きいので、写真や使用機材のお話しより、なんかね、本当にファン同士でわちゃわちゃって感じのお話が多くて、とっても素敵だったのよね。

以前に、このお写真から、プーさん、コーチの帯同なしの結弦君を

メガネさんと矢口さんが送り出した！って勝手に感動していたでしょ？

でね、昨日のお話しで、矢口さん、どうしてもその位置で写真を撮りたくて、だから、結弦君の練習時間に設けられた場所取りの抽選会、他のたくさんの写真家さんたちが練習リンクに押し掛けたけど、矢口さんは抽選会を優先して、そして勝ち取った場所だったって。

This morning Sarah didn’t talk about Mr. Yaguchi’s talk.

More than a month ago Sarah was impressed by Yaguchi’s photos taken at the moment Yuzu moved to the starting position for his Short.

Yaguchi was very close to Yuzu, and to get the position, yesterday Yaguchi told that he missed Yuzu’s morning practice in Beijing, since the draw for Men’s SP photo-position was conducted during the practice session. Many photographer went to the practice rink but Yaguchi didn’t since he really wanted to get the position for Yuzu’s Short.

He wanted to take Yuzu’s facial expression closely not by using zoom lens.

だから、昨日のお話しでいっちゃん心に残ったのはそのエピソード。

Sarah really loves this photo.

So, the episode was really impressive for Sarah.

なんか、もう、順不同、勝手に気になったところから切り取っているので、申し訳ない！

今日の結弦君のお話し。

朝も2つあげたけど、欄外に放送の時系列順にこれまでの動画を並べるね。

Since Saturday, posting short video from the special TV programme in Sendai,

and today's part, Yuzu talked how he felt when he recognised he would win in Pyeongchang.

小学生ぐらいの時には、自分のあこがれのスケーターが金メダルを獲っていたので、僕はそれを超えるために2連覇したいって。
When I was a school boy, since my skating-hero won one Olympic gold, so, I already decided to win two Olympic golds to surpass my hero.
「これがピョンチャンの2連覇のシーンですね。完璧でした。
この瞬間、どうだったんですかね？」
“This is the scene when you won the second consecutive Olympic gold, perfect performance.
How did you feel at this moment?”
Yuzu: この瞬間は、本来は演技中って演者としてスケーターがキャラクターにならなければいけないんですけど、もう、本当に、自分、素のまんまでやってましたね。
もう、「優勝した！」って思いながらやってたんで。
At this moment, essentially, a skater should be a performer so he should perform as a character of programme though, I was just who I am, myself, enjoying “I won, I got it!”
「その気持ちってやっぱ、大事なんですね。」
「本音ですね、これ。
やっぱり、中央に立った時の気持ちって、メディアのスポットライト浴びて、連覇がかかっている、さぁフリーだっていう時、普通だったら一歩踏み出せないってところあります。自分をのせるというか・・・」
“Such mind-set should be important.”
“It’s a rare and true story. 
Being the top of world, gathering all media’s attentions, you had to win, under such situation, normally people would get nervous, but when you started FS, you were full of fighting spirit. . .
Yuzu:いや、もう、あの時は緊張しますよ、そりゃ。人間なんで、僕も。
もう、本当に口から出そうでしたよ、色んなものが。
それでも、やっぱ応援してくださる人たちの力っていうのは、ものすごくあるなっていうのは、震災のこと含めても色々感じているんで、そこを信じてやっていたところは強いですね。
Oh, me too, I’m a human being too, so I got terribly nervous.
So, nervous as I felt all stuff in my body would spring out from my month.
However, the power of supporters is really powerful, I always feel it, I felt it after the Disaster too, so, I strongly trusted that power.
「色んなものが力となって自分のスケートに生きているとことなんですね。」
“In such situation, many thoughts of people turn to big power to work for your skating.”
Yuzu: あとは、勝てるってちゃんと信じ切れるだけの練習をしてきたというのも、自信の1つだったかなと。
Plus, I’ve accumulated lots efforts before it which made me believe I could win, it was also a part of my confidence.

 

 

なんかさぁ、流石だね。小学生でもう、

あこがれのヒーローを超えることがここにあったのよ。

鬼だね🥰

それとね、緊張、本当に、とんでもないものだったはずだよね。

いくらそれまでの積み重ねがあったとはいえ、

怪我のブランクが・・・。

何よりも、「2連覇」の重み、み～んなの期待・・・

もうさぁ地球1個分まるっとの重みのプレッシャーでしょ？

いやいや、改めて、結弦君の凄さに感動

そして、あの時に驚喜、狂喜を思い出していたのです。

But, what a boy！！

Already, a cute, little school boy wanted to surpass his hero！！

However, yeah, it should be terribly tough,

Yuzu had a blank due to the injury before PyeongChang,

also the pressure, yeah, the whole world paid attention on him

and his second GOLD, gosh, the pressure must be as heavy as

the whole earth.

Really, Yuzu is great although he looks so cute and beautiful.
