「こんちは～！」 "Hi, there!"
今朝も話題にした早稲田のe-スクール紹介冊子の結弦君のインタビュー。
e-スクール来てね！が、早稲田川として主体だろうけど、いろいろ、結弦君は興味深いお話をしてくれているね。
Yet, Sarah is too lazy to translate the interview released by Waseda, sorry for it, but, briefly let Sarah talk about the interview.
あ、そうそう、インタビューの話題の前にふっと気づいたこと。
あのさ、なんで？って何度か驚いたじゃない、西村先生、結弦君の指導教員なわけじゃない、なのになんであんな低俗な（あら、失礼いたしました😁）週刊誌の罠にはまるかな？って。
なんか、これは、ある意味、早稲田の戦略もあったのかなって気もしてきたの。
変な話だけど、大学は生存をかけた危機に直面してくるのよね。少子化で学生となる人口の絶対数が激減、で、今世紀に入ってからはどの大学も、凄い勢いで留学生を受け入れている。留学生勧誘のためのイベントとか、（あ、サラ、アラブ圏のそれを担当したことあるんだけど）各大学すっごい熱の入れよう。
西村先生、このインタビューでは、結弦君の指導教員という立場ではなく、たまたま指導教員だったけど、e-スクールの代表としてインタビューをしているでしょ。（文面から察するに）そっかぁ、週刊誌は、そう言う立場をくすぐりつつ、結弦君の話題を引き出していたんじゃない？って思ったわけよ。週刊誌は読者の注目を得られる、大学としては、「早稲田に羽生結弦」という宣伝になる。
ってか、ま、西村先生の名前は出てきても、実際は先生から結弦君のプライバシーに係る内容が出てきたわけでもないし、その辺は西村先生も抵当にあしらった？って状態？
今やね、大学運営は経営戦略が求められるからね・・・。
おお、ど～でもいいサラの妄想がなんか長くなり始めているので・・・
Before going into Yuzu’s comments, Sarah would like to talk about Prof. Nishimura, he was the supervisor of Yuzu in Waseda, but often he was interviewed by vulgar magazines, every time we wondered why. Then in Waseda’s interview, the interviewer is Prof. Nishimura, but he was not there as Yuzu’s former supervisor but seems (from the contents of their talks) Prof. Nishimura also has a responsibility to promote “e-School”, and in that role, he was interviewing Yuzu.
Then Sarah now thinks Prof. Nishimura answered interview by the gossipy magazines to promote the university, since for Waseda, Yuzu’s presence is very valuable they know how much Yuzu can influence people.
Whatever, well, as usual just Sarah suspect so personally though. . .
そうそう、結弦君のインタビュー（転載禁止が入っているので、まるっと持ってこれないけど）ちょっとね、うふふって思ったところ。
Sarah thinks (hopes) that they may issue English version, since now, universities can’t survive without international students, they may want to target English speakers. Anyway, in the interview, there’s part Yuzu mentioned how he managed his time and energy when he was studying.
Yuzu's comment;
この「無駄な時間、無駄な労力」は人生に何の意味も持たない。ああ、名言だわ！ってか、まるまるサラの人生を否定された？いやいや、いつも、感じるのよねぇ、サラは、ああ、なんでこんな風に無駄に時間を使ってるんだろ？とか、不必要なエネルギーばっかり消費してるわ・・・って。
ってかね、やっている時はわかんないのよ、これが無駄になるかどうか、で、後で、あぁ無駄に時間を使っちゃってって悔やむわけ。
でも、この結弦君の思考は凄いわ。とっかかる前にすでに、無駄になるか有益になるかを見極めるってことだよね。これって、さくっと結弦君はおっしゃられてまするが、めっちゃむずいんじゃない？でも、それを学びのルーティンとしている。おお、時間も、エネルギーも結弦君はしっかと管理できちゃうってことだよね。この管理能力、どっから来るの？
Here, oh, really, smart Yuzu is! Well, let Sarah tell you an bad example; Sarah always regrets “oh, why I wasted my time always. . . “ “all what I worked for what?” yeah, often Sarah does something just for nothing, but wastes time and energy.
But, see, in case of Yuzu, before he does something it seems he would first think whether it’s worth to spend time and energy. Well, saying this is easy, but just think when you start to do something, do you think about such?
It’s really smart, yeah, he really doesn’t want to waste his life but utilise each and every moment and energy for his life.
For it, he must have a very effective ability to manage and control time and energy.
でね、その続きに切羽詰まると、深い集中状態。これはまさにアスリートだね。切羽詰まった状態でアドレナリンがどどど・・・！思いっきり集中！
And then, Yuzu also mentioned, that being pressed by necessity, he can be go into the condition to be concentrate himself deeply. Oh my goodness, he’s a genuine ATHLETE. Yeah, when in the last moment, all his adrenaline works for him!
Yuzu's comment;
ってかさ、サラはいつも切羽詰まっているのよ。ああ、あれをして、これもしなきゃとかね、思っているけどなかなか動かない、そして、ヤバい！ヤバい！なんでとっととやんなかったのよぉって自分に愚痴りながら、焦る。
ここが違うんだよね、サラは焦ってもう、しっちゃかめっちゃか、集中力？
なんですか、それは？状態。
ところが、その状態から「深い集中状態」、ね、やっぱ超～スーパーアスリートって思わない？（ってか、サラが単にぐだぐだってことかな？）
Well, again in case of Sarah, yeah, since she’s so lazy, knowing that she gatta do this and that, but can’t do immediately, then at the last moment, “oh my god, why didn’t I do this?”, and be in a hurry and hasty, in such a situation, oh, how can she concentrate???
But, in case of Yuzu, when he’s in such a situation, then his ability to concentrate would be in its maximum. Yeah, only such a super-athlete can do it!!
と、なんちゃら、結弦君の言葉から、自分のふがいなさを実感したサラでした。
ってか、結弦君の思考と自分を比較すること自体間抜けよね。😁
Well, somewhat Sarah found how ashamed Sarah is. . .
そして今日も結弦君は、一瞬たりとも無駄な時間もなく、鬼練習に深く集中しているんだろうな・・・。
And today’s Yuzu too, he may not have even a second to waste but fully concentrate to his practice.
