Not gorgous though, in Rakujuen Garden,
they decorate some part with Japanese Paper umbrellas and lanterns

夜は公開されていないけど、ちょっとかわいい！
The building was constructed as a villa of L. Prince Komatsu Akihito,
now it's open public, but only in daytime.
散策路から内部が見える舞踏室に灯りがともっていて
かわいい提灯が！
From the pass, its ball room can be seen,
the room was lighted up, and wow, cute!
many colourful paper lanterns!!
